Hello, I have a few questions:

1- I am looking to rent a fully furnished condo where my pet cat would be welcome. In case the cat might scratch the couch, I am open to excluding the couch from fully furnished and getting my own couch. Do I have any luck around Holland Village and other expat favourite locations.

2- Is it possible to get flexible lease term or short term options?

3- Would it be (in general) possible to rent a fully furnished condo as described above and then switch it to partially furnished (i.e. TV, washing machine, fridge, oven etc) when/if I decide to ship my furniture from my home country?

Thanks

Hi

Some Landlords are open to allowing pets in their rented premises.

Most landlords will prefer a longer lease, however, there is flexibility.

It is quite unlikely that landlords will allow a switch from furnished to partially furnished unless you are open to compensate the landlords for disposal of the furnishing.

There is a solution to converting from furnishing to unfurnish. You may want to write to gavin.ng@orangetee.com
