Estuary project is near to Seletar Airport. Will that be noisy ?

Dear Chin,
The Estuary is separated from the Seletar aerospace by the Lower Seletar Reservoir. At that distance, you hardly hear the aircraft sound. Furthermore, I think the aircrafts probably fly in from or take off towards the open sea in the north direction.
The property is going to TOP very soon. From the look of things, I reckon latest early May. The view of the property from all around is just awesome. If you have taken a North-South MRT or driven pass the property around this month, you will probably see how attractive and spacious the surrounding is.
