Afternoon Raymond, Pool view is definitely an advantage against those without the view. Pool view buyers would prefer lower floor as you cannot see much if it's too high either. Good afternoon Raymond! Yes normally thats the case. But other factors could also play a part. Lets say if building is 20 levels, its considered high floor. If its out of 40 floors, some might not consider it as high floor so it still depends on one's perception. Do you have any property needs that I can assist with?
