Should your project be relatively new, there should be no issues in retrieving the floor plans from the web, therefore I am assuming that your project could be an older project where chances are slim to find it online.

It does facilitate the entire sale process in having a floor plan potentially since if the project is an old project where prospects are likely to plan an overhaul in terms of renovation is concerned, having the floor plan will help them made decisions or visualise better on the potential outcome of the place.

That said, I have done many sales transactions without the floor plan still. If you have further questions on the sale aspects or if you'd like how I can overcome the lack of floor plans but still managed to sell, I'd be more than happy to share more in private discussion as we are not alerted to any responses posted here.

Even though a floorplan may aid the potential buyer in his purchasing decision, there are still other methods we can adopt to market the property if you do not have the floorplan.

A floorplan is not necessary but it is always good to have. I have sold many older condos where the floorplan cannot be found anywhere. Hence, I do have ways to map out the floorplan should interested buyers ask for it which is often the case as they will need the floorplan for renovation.
