to be honest, your guess is as good as mine. No one can really time the market. The market can swing either way, at anytime.
But that being said, are you buying for own stay or investment? If you are buying for own stay, then it should not really matter as generally, people who buy for own stay, stay for 10 years and more before actually moving. As interest rates are so low now, it sure beats renting a place.
But if you are buying for investment, even in this hot market, there are still fairly priced units with great upside potential available. You just have to do your homework thoroughly to sniff those out. My humble opinion.
