Eight condominiums grabbed the major trophies at the Singapore edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards held on 12 October 2018 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
These elite developments were honoured at the 8th annual awards for their outstanding and remarkable qualities, such as magnificent architectural design, sprawling green elements, stunning and posh interiors as well as a plethora of smart features.

Developed by Bukit Sembawang Estates, this stunning freehold masterpiece was given distinction as the best high-end condominium in the awards and was lauded for its architectural design.

Stirling Residences bagged three major awards. Aside from being extolled for its architectural design, it was named as the best private condominium and the overall top condo project in Singapore.
The 99-year leasehold project consists of 1,259 units spread across one 38-storey block and two 40-storey blocks. These include one- to four-bedroom condos ranging from 441 sq ft to 1,346 sq ft and six four-bedroom penthouses either spanning 1,959 sq ft or 1,970 sq ft.
Situated at Stirling Road in District 3, the project is a three-minute walk from Queenstown MRT Station on the East West Line.
Expected to be completed by 2022, it represents the maiden Singapore project of Shenzhen-based Logan Property Holdings and the second for China-based Nanshan Group.
Designed by the award-winning P&T Consultants Architects, Stirling Residences features 80 facilities within a sprawling 230,000 sq ft site. These include 24-hr security, a gym, tennis courts, swimming pools, steam room, multi-storey carpark, communal gardens and a childcare centre.
The Vales

Jointly developed by SingHaiyi Group and Kay Lim Investment, The Vales was crowned as the best executive condominium (EC), on top of being hailed for its architectural design and beautiful interiors.
The 99-year leasehold project at Anchorvale Crescent in District 19 consists of nine blocks of 15-storey towers with a total of 517 residential units. Layouts include two-bedders to five-bedroom apartments ranging from 753 sq ft to 1,604 sq ft. There are also 15 maisonettes (1,647sq ft to 1,722 sq ft) and penthouses (1,658 sq ft to 1,690 sq ft).
The development is merely a few steps to the Cheng Lim LRT Station, while the Sengkang Hospital is directly opposite. The Sengkang MRT Station is also a seven-minute walk.
Designed by AGA Architects, the executive condo comes with many facilities. These include a landscaped deck, a game room, basement carpark, an indoor gym, clubhouse, function room, tennis court, 50m freeform pool, wading pool, splash pool, Jacuzzi, hydro spa, BBQ area, fitness alcove, children’s playground and garden trail.
Completed in August 2018, the development is within a short drive to the Seletar Regional Centre and Seletar Aerospace Park, boosting the rental prospects of the development after the original buyers complete the five-year Minimum Occupation Period (MOP).

Le Quest by Chinese developer Qingjian Realty bagged the trophy for best mixed-use development as well as the top prize for the most eco-friendly housing project.
The 99-year leasehold development comprises a four-storey podium with over 6,000 sq m of retail space. In addition to a childcare centre at the third level where Le Quest residents will have priority, the commercial premises contain shops, restaurants, supermarket Fairprice Finest and a food court run by Singaporean F&B company Koufu.
As for the condominium, they are located between the 5th floor and 16th level. Overall, there are 516 residential units across five 12-storey blocks. Configurations include studios, one-bedders to four-bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 431sq ft to 1,528 sq ft
Located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 in District 23, Le Quest is super close to Dulwich College Singapore and behind that school is the future Tengah Park MRT station on the Jurong Region Line (JRL). But because the MRT station will be operational by 2027, Qingjian Realty will be providing two years of free shuttle service from the development to Jurong East MRT station and Bukit Batok MRT station.
Nestled in the heart of Bukit Batok and designed by ADDP Architects, Le Quest sports a wide array of facilities. These include a multi-storey carpark, chill-out lounge, clubhouse, BBQ area, indoor gymnastics, tennis court, playground, swimming pool, wading pool and lap pool.
The mall and condominium at Le Quest are anticipated to be ready by 2021.

During the awarding ceremony, Qingjian Realty clinched the most coveted title of being Singapore’s best developer. That’s not all, its JadeScape condominium was praised as the best smart project and applauded for its classy interiors.
Situated at Shunfu Road in District 20, the 99-year leasehold project is touted as Singapore’s first fully-smart residential project. It features a many hi-tech features like facial recognition technology at lift lobbies, energy-efficient air conditioners, a water heater system that recycles waste heat for warm showers, and even smart integrated dishwashers that use ultrasonic waves to clean fruits and vegetables.

Located on the former Shunfu Ville en bloc site, JadeScape offers a total of 1,206 residential units. Buyers can choose from one-bedders to five-bedroom units ranging between 527 sq ft and 2,088 sq ft. There are also two penthouses measuring 4,198 sq ft each.
Residents will also have convenient access to several MRT lines. The development is a short stroll from the Marymount MRT station on the Circle Line and one stop away is Bishan MRT Station, from where commuters can get on the North South Line. These are in addition to the nearby future Cross Island MRT line and Thomson–East Coast MRT line.
The development features over 100 communal facilities. These include two gyms, a sauna, steam room and tennis courts. There is also a 50m skyline pool, a 50m infinity pool, karaoke rooms, BBQ pits, sky cabana, Lantern Island, maze garden, adventure playground and a forest trail leading to the nearby MacRitchie Reservoir.
JadeScape is expected to be completed by 2023.
