Luxury Cluny Park Residence was launched in early 2014 by Tuan Sing Holdings and the 52-unit freehold project is said to have prices ranging from $2.3 million to $8 million for 2- to 4- bedroom apartments. Holland Village forms the main crux of District 10, and with the newly-built Holland Village MRT Station, it has become more accessible to local and expatriate visitors alike.
