Jeannie Lim Siew Bee is Associate Group Director with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd. Personally invested and staying in real estate in Robertson Quay, Killiney, Tanjong Rhu, Bugis amongst others, Jeannie is well-versed resident realtor in D09. She also takes very keen interest in real estate in CBD/Downtown/Marina precinct where Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Singapore has earmarked for major make-over & rejuvenation by encouraging Public-Private Participation (PPP) to attract global investors into this gobal city-state.

Before venturing out as an independent real estate advisor/realtor, Jeannie worked for prominent real estate developers including Fraser Centrepoint Lte (formerly Centrepoint Properties Mgt), Wing Tai Holdings, Far East Organization, she last held the position of General Manager with Heeton Holdings overseeing the purchase of lands, development, sales and marketing of their property portfolio including The Boutiq at Killiney, Sky Green, Palacio etc...

Jeannie holds Bachelor of Business Admin and Master of Science in Real Estate, both with National University of Singapore and is always passionate about real estate. Together with her past experiences both in professional arena and her personal real estate investment + her business acumen, she had helped many home owners & investors in realizing their real estate progression.
