Lim is an avid real estate investor turned successful realtor coming from a humble background. Lim has a Master of Science in Real Estate and had been helming property development in her last employments with reputable listed property developers. Every property has an intrinsic value (in Singapore) vs its liveability (layout, facing, facilities, amenities). Shockingly many buyers get emotional & bought well above its market value & hinders their exit possibilities .
