Asia Square Tower 1, located along Marina View at Marina Bay in Singapore, is a twin-tower mixed-use development that will comprise 2 million square feet of grade A office space, a 280-room five-star hotel, 60,000 square feet of retail space and 'The Cube', a 100,000 square foot open public space used for networking or relaxing with a regular programme of exhibitions and performances. Asia Square Tower 1 feature 43 floors with the hotel occupying the 32nd to 46th floors. The retail space within Asia Square Tower 1 will be located on the 1st and 2nd floors in both towers. The development will enjoy direct frontage onto the Central Linear Park, a public open park linking Marina Boulevard to Straits Boulevard.
