Cluster House

Overall, my experience staying at this property was mixed. The unit is spacious in some areas and has good potential, but the bedrooms are relatively small. During our tenancy, there were also several maintenance issues, including air-conditioning problems, water leakage etc The jacuzzi was also not working during our stay, and despite being informed, it was not repaired. Another significant issue was the kitchen area. Whenever it rained, rainwater would come into the kitchen. Although some work had already been carried out, the problem continued and rainwater would still enter the unit. This caused considerable inconvenience, especially when there was no one at home, as there was a risk of water accumulating inside. Pls check carefully before committing.

Cluster House

Most of the rooms are small considering it is a detached house, and the neighbouring unit is far too close for comfort, so privacy is almost non-existent. There were also many defects in the unit during our stay. The jacuzzi was not working for the entire two years and was not repaired. Whenever there was heavy rain, water would come into the kitchen area, causing flooding. The gym is also very basic, with only a bicycle machine and a treadmill. The location is good, though, as Siglap is an affluent and desirable enclave. However, considering the rental price and the condition of the property, I personally feel that it was not worth the rental.

Cluster bungalow

Being to one recently. Most rooms are pretty small considering it is a detached house. The the unit facing the other is just too close for comfort. Privacy is non existence. The glym only has a bicycle machine and a treadmill. Location is good though as Siglap is an affluence enclave.
