Worst place ever

I rented a unit here because I work in the CBD. However, while it's proximity is great, it has many major flaws that make living here a nightmare. Due to constant development works (both renovation and outside works), the environment is permanently dusty. If i leave my windows open, i will see dust everywhere and i also see black mould on my toothpaste in my bathroom. Even if you dont have allergies, this is bad. Secondly, there are ants everywhere, not just 1 or 2, but columns of ants. Thirdly, the noise is ridiculous. I get it that i'm in the city, but the music from the places around us plays music until 1-2am, and construction works begins sometimes at 8am. In addition, there are tenants here that wake up at ungodly hours (7-8am) and proceeds to make a din.

it's kinda old bcos completed 1990s. also close to key nodes like MRT stations and shopping malls, and museums and food. and can walk anywhere basically. unit sizes are decent even for a studio unit.

Quay to my Heart

Riverwalk Apartments is located in the scenic Upper Circular Road in Singapore, at the vibrant Boat Quay area with nightlife and shophouses lining the River. Dining around here is naturally more pricey as it is tourist area, but you can also find some coffeeshops and food courts and some other cool stuffs around you. charming area and so peaceful to chill at the Quay from the comfort of home. Recommended for expats who love this vibe.
