Description
These flats will be among the first batch of BTOs with shorter waiting times.The waiting time will be reduced to 2.5 years, from the usual three to four years. The new flats will be located next to Lower Seletar Reservoir, where families can fish, kayak, or simply take a stroll. For a change in scenery, residents can head to Yishun Park.
In addition, Junction Nine will provide two stories of retail and restaurant options. For more variety, residents can travel slightly further out to Northpoint CIty. Families can also visit SAFRA Yishun for activities ranging from rock climbing and bowling, to spa massages and dining.
Residents can look forward to the Yishun Integrated Transport Hub, planned to open in 2019. This will be in the form of a fully air-conditioned bus interchange, linked seamlessly with Yishun MRT and Northpoint City.
The new flats will be relatively far from the MRT. The nearest MRT stations will be Yishun MRT and Khatib MRT. Residents can however look forward to the Yishun Integrated Transport Hub, planned to open in 2019. The Integrated Transport Hub will be in the form of a fully air-conditioned bus interchange, linked seamlessly with Yishun MRT and Northpoint City.
