Description
Woodlands once comprised of kampungs, rubber plantations, and poultry farms. Today, Woodlands is a lively town with many expansive open spaces and parks.
New residents can look forward to a range of leisure and food amenities. Families can visit Causeway Point for retail and dining options, or the new Marsiling Mall which has 70 hawker stalls. Woodlands ActiveSG Sports Centre and Woodlands Park Connector are also in the area, for those preferring sports and the outdoors
In 2017, Kampung Admiralty opened. The first of its kind in Singapore, Kampung Admiralty is a mixed-use development that provides housing for the elderly, integrated with a medical centre, childcare centre, retail and F&B outlets, as well as a hawker centre.

The new flats will be located very close to the upcoming Woodlands South MRT, currently under construction. The nearest existing MRT station to the BTO site is Woodlands MRT. Marsiling MRT and Admiralty MRT are also in the area.
