I am Winnie Wu Associate Division Director from Huttons Asia Pte Ltd.
I have been in real estate industry for more than 10 years of experience specialized mainly in commercial such as shophouses, shopping malls, office towers with a proven record of helping my clients sourcing for the ideal strategic location for their business concept at the same time meeting their business requirement and acting in their best interest.
Prior to real estate, I was a Chartered Accountant and FCCA. I graduated with a BSc in Applied Accounting Upper 2nd Class Honours and ACCA. I did several roles such as tax, finance, sales operations, transformation role in US IT multinational companies and founded my own IT company GMS Consultancy in Singapore and Malaysia.
I began to develop my passion for real estate 10 years ago hence I decided to join real estate in 2012. I believe in “Do what you love, love what you do !”. Hence, I take the courage to do career changes.
I also provide guidance and professional advices to my clients in preparing their business proposals especially for the newly start up business to help business owners to secure a strategic units in a reputable shopping malls to build up their company or corporate branding profile.
