Tziee (pronounce ‘Zee_Ee’) is a creative and consistent producer in PropNex. Prior to real estate, he was in pharmaceutical industry consulting and business development roles, which honed his inquisitive mind, analytical skills, and effective solutions for his clients.

Having conducted many successful Asset Progression consultations, Tziee has empowered and helped many families and investors smoothly acquired their dream homes and build high Return on Investment (ROI) property portfolios. Always looking out for their interests, and preparing them ahead to capitalize on next opportunities.

Tziee is strong believer in facts, figures, and proven frameworks to arrive at the right property decisions for his clients, as he has seen many peers making sub-optimal decisions thru emotions.
He provides evidence-based analysis, market insights and together with award-winning frameworks, allow his friends to be well-informed of the situations and minimizes the risk of their investments.
