Tom Setoh graduated with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NTU. Wanting to achieve more in his life and by sheer coincidence, he decided to leave his engineering job and started his real estate career in 2013 at the age of 29.

He started off in the HDB resale market, focusing mainly in the Serangoon, Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol and Ang Mo Kio estate.

Looking at how property owners have been able to achieve financial freedom and substantial retirement savings through prudent property investments, Tom found his mission in his real estate career, which is to provide valuable advice and actionable plans to all his clients in planning for their future retirement through property wealth planning.

Today, Tom leads a team of 5 like-minded advisors, who are as determined in helping their clients restructure their property assets, to achieve higher value for the future.

Tom is deeply passionate about pursing his mission and continues inspiring his team members to believe in themselves, to pursue and achieve their dreams.

During his leisure time, Tom loves to go on long holidays, spend quality time with his family and catch up with close friends over coffee.
