Thomas graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia with a bachelor of commerce degree and holds a diploma in mechanical engineering and semiconductor technology from the Singapore Polytechnic and Temasek Polytechnic respectively. Thomas also holds a Certificate in Real Estate Sales (RES) and has undergone extensive professional real estate training programs by ERA. He is also awarded and inducted into the ERA Million Dollar Club. In addition, Thomas has also won many Awards and Accolades in ERA.
