She has proven her competency and professionalism to clients on their property investment for sales and leasing in Singapore's luxury residential sector after accrued more than 19 years in the real estate industry.

Her clients include technopreneurs, doctors, medical specialists, corporate owners, and investors both locally and overseas (Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, China, India, USA, UK, Finland, and Russia).

She has an in-depth knowledge of mid to upscale properties in prime Districts 9, D10, D11, Downtown core, and Sentosa Cove.

Prior, she was with List Sotheby's International Realty for 3 years and was with CBRE Realty Associates Pte Ltd for close to 11 years as Vice President of the agency's Luxury Homes team. This subsidiary is part of CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBG), a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company headquartered in Los Angeles, which is the world's most extensive commercial real estate services and investment firm.

Teresa held a Managerial position with Far East Organization, the most prominent real estate developer in Singapore, from March 2003, in Sales & Regional Marketing, driving departmental sales to unprecedented record levels in both local and overseas markets.

During her career progression in Far East Organization, Teresa led and motivated 30 salespersons to drive sales and achieve department targets for the company's high-end projects and landed properties.

Part of her portfolio includes conduct training for new staff in sales processes and negotiation skills.

Teresa is a Singaporean Chinese and can speak fluent English and Mandarin. She is always keeping a healthy lifestyle to keep her passion for the job.
