I joined this industry in Year 2009 (before CEA was formed) at the age of 21 as a part time agent when I was still holding a full time job in a property management firm.

Working as a Managing Agent allows me to get to learn about the interesting real estate industry and it provides me a lot of opportunities to see different kinds of properties. I had managed to transact HDBs, condos, new launches, warehouses, factories, offices, shophouses and even landed houses throughout these years.

I love the dynamic challenges of real estate industry, and I find my satisfaction in helping my customers to solve their housing needs and improve their lifestyle. Being an extrovert, I also enjoy meeting different types of customers everyday, although some of them are not easy to handle :)

To me, honesty and efficiency are two important elements of a good real estate agent. Lack of either one can lead to unscrupulousness or underperformance.
