A Singaporean native, Steven has extensive knowledge of the different towns and neighborhoods across Singapore. He serves the entire Singapore area and specializes in home buying and selling, investment properties, luxury homes, and multi-residential properties. Steven obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore. He joined Largest Property Agency Propnex Realty Pte Ltd under the largest division Powerful Negotiators with at least 2600 agents. He received comprehensive training and guidance from the Veterans in Real Estates Industry and he has transacted more than $10 million worth of properties in Singapore. He has becoming an expert in current financial options, local and national markets, and the subtle art of negotiating property purchases. Now he brings his passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home.
