Hi! I am an architect-trained real estate salesperson who also has experience in construction. I am also an entrepreneur owning commercial properties (both for own use and for investment) so I understand the nuances of property management, transactions and maintenance issues.

I appreciate and value all my clients, whether it is a room rental or a sale of a large property. Communicating and working closely together with my clients, pointing out potential challenges and resolving them ahead are my way of ensuring a smooth and pleasant working relationship.

I prefer to make difficult concepts easy to understand, providing solutions (and acting on them!) to problems and also empathising with the homeowner, property investor and business owner.

I also offer a one-stop service, using my architect background and experience as a contractor, so you will have less worry coordinating with multiple people.
