About Shawn

I lead a team of professional real estate consultants with years of experience serving buyers, sellers and investors in both the HDB and private property market. Under my leadership, the team has achieved numerous awards and accolades in the real estate industry. To date, we have collectively fulfilled over 1000 consultations and transacted more than $500 million worth of properties.

After graduating with an accountancy degree, I joined the Monetary Authority of Singapore, a decision I never regretted as I was exposed to tremendous insights as well as the opportunity to interact with senior bank management during my 4-year stint as a banking regulator.

Fast forward, I have since joined the real estate industry for 8 years in PropNex Realty. As a Senior Associate District Director, I am grateful to have 18 capable associates under my wings, and also for consistently being part of the Top 300+ /12,000+ agents in the company.
