I spent my early career with banks in Singapore, having transacted more than $500 million worth of loans for commercial real estate (include Islamic financing transactions) over the past 15 years.

I’ve built up an extensive network of private bankers, immigration firms, law firms, accounting firms, real estate teams, and specialists in taxes, relocation, education, and investments.

Driven by my passion for the real estate industry, I recently pursued my Masters in Real Estate from NUS (2023), recognizing the importance of continuous development to best serve my clients.

Having attended Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy: Negotiation Strategies for Success, I leverage my negotiation skills to get the best possible outcome for my clients.

Each client's situation is unique so I tailor my services to meet their specific needs and guide them through the process to achieve their objectives, whether it's finding their dream home, optimizing their business operations, or maximizing their investment returns.
