As a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licensed by the Council of Estate Agent (CEA) in Singapore, Roy provides strategic marketing, real estate consultancy and advisory to his clients across many different market segments that includes residential, commercial and industrial properties. His deep knowledge of the city’s geography and future development is immensely valuable when advising clients on the management of their real estate portfolio.

Roy's forte is dealing with residential and commercial properties. For residential side, he specialised in landed properties/ private condominiums, new launches, resale, HDB transactions and residential properties rentals. For commercial side, he specialised in sales and lease of commercial spaces for both Small and Medium Enterprises and Multinational Companies.

Roy graduated with Bachelor of Science (Honors) from National University of Singapore, majoring in Real Estate and Finance.
