Ten years of educational background in the Building and Real Estate Industry combined with my five years of working experience (for developer and main contractor) have been excellent preparation for my career in Propnex Realty Pte Ltd.

With my knowledge and experience, I have been well equipped with both administrative and technical skills that involve good understand of contractual obligation of Property Contract such as the Sale & Purchase Agreement (S&P), Singapore Institute of Architect (SIA) clauses and any defect and technical management issues arise from new or sub-sale properties through developer sales or owner sub-sales.

As an easy going, and motivated person, I enjoy learning new ways of doing things and take on responsibilities.You will definitely find me a very comfortable person to talk with. My focus does not only include buy/sell/rent but also asset progression and future planning for your future. Through engagement, clients will find themselves more equip with the current property market trend and hence confirm my suitability and potential for expanding their property portfolio.
