Rina Tan

Rina Tan lives for beautiful living-spaces. She is a passionate Realtor, specialises in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on consulting for investment purposes.

In that passion for real estate, she also founded Blk56 - a Co-living and property investment company.

Rina’s core philosophy is that creating something of value begins first with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation for collaboration. This “collaboration-first” focus allows her the space with her clients to see beyond the current condition of a property, and appreciate it’s inherent value instead. 
 
Rina feels blessed to be working with clients and tenants with whom she went on to becoming friends with. True to her love for collaboration, these friendships form a large part of her extended network in her real estate and Blk56 business.
