A brief work scope on my relocation services for "The Tenant":

• Liaise with client on housing requirements, accommodation budget and specific needs or concerns.

• Provide an overview of my recommendations that will be discussed with client before shortlisting selected properties for physical units viewing.

• Arrangements for viewings will be made through me and I will ferry the tenant for all viewings. I will provide information on the location, availability of amenities in the surroundings, any Dos or Don’ts and features of the selected property.

• Evaluation of shortlisted apartments whether the apartment is worth an offer of the asking price.

• Once we make an offer (by Letter of Intent, LOI) and accepted by landlord, I will proceed with negotiating the other lease conditions to secure the deal. I will take care of the all necessary logistics and documentation such as opening of utilities accounts, stamping of the lease agreement to our tax department.

• Taking over of unit on the actual handover day will be done with landlord. It includes verifying the assets and inventories.

• I will be the point of contact throughout the entire lease term.

• Before the expiry of the tenancy, I will assist to negotiate for another lease term or prepare for the handover of unit.
