Richard Jany is the KEO and Co-Founder of JANYS - a boutique real estate brand featuring a father-daughter duo that brings decades of experience, professionalism and wisdom (from Singapore and abroad) paired with new age insights and digital solutions. Hailing from Poland, Richard came to Singapore in 1978 with his father, a trader and businessman. At age 18, his father passed and shortly returned back to Poland in '91 for a business opportunity, together with a girl that he met in Singapore who is now his wife. After spending a year in Poland, Richard and his wife were expecting a baby girl and decided to return to Singapore for family reasons and never looked back. Fast forward to today, Richard's daughter joined the business and Richard Jany Real Estate Pte. Ltd. was rebranded to JANYS Real Estate Pte. Ltd.. With the new insights provided by his daughter Sharon, they both seek to challenge the status quo bringing bespoke experiences to their clients. Operating from a background of experience and new age strategies, they run the business leveraging on ever growing social media platforms such as YouTube featuring commercial and residential homes, employing tailored strategies using digital insights for property owners and home seekers alike.
