Patrick Koh

Patrick Koh is a real estate agent with ERA Realty, currently a Branch Division Director leading a team of associates under his wing. He graduated with a Business Degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). He spent 9 years in the corporate sector as an Accountant and 5 years as a Regional Sales Manager overseeing a business unit in a US MNC.

He leverages on his past experiences in financial training and corporate sales management to his advantage in advising his clients on asset progression planning and has achieved success in real estate work today to be a trusted advisor.

He has been a consistent top achiever in ERA, coming in top 1% of the company in the last 3 years, covering a wide range of portfolio which includes residential resale and rental in HDB, private condo and landed properties, new project launches, commercial and industrial sales and rental.

He actively transacts about 90 deals a year and has attained ERA’s Overall Top 50 position out of 8000+ agents for the year 2020.

Patrick is also a certified Mortgage Planner, Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner (SAMP™), where he advises on tax policies that affect property ownership, CPF policies affecting financing and policies that affect loans for property ownership and investment.
