With my over 20 years in the banking industry, I bring to clients an unique blend of financial acumen, market insight and real estate market knowledge that can help clients with a more holistic view of their property decisions.
I joined the local banking industry fresh out of college in the United States with a BBA in Finance. During my banking career with a large local bank and a global bank, I have worked with MNCs, local large corporations and SMEs. The exposure gave me the opportunity to meet and work with CEOs, CFOs, entrepreneurs and UHNW individuals from which I gained much knowledge in investment analysis, financing structuring and wealth management strategies.
Driven by a longstanding personal passion for real estate, I transitioned into the property industry. Over more than a decade, I built a successful practice serving individuals and corporates. Today, I continue to advise clients on a broad spectrum of properties encompassing landed properties (including GCBs), condos, penthouses, commercial assets such as hotel and conservation shophouses, freehold, leasehold and HDB/JTC industrial properties. I am currently a CEA certified real estate agent.

Outside my work, I actively contribute to society through volunteering and donations to various charities, reflecting my belief in giving back and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
