By way of education, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Finance from the USA.
I have always had an affinity with real estate. My sustained interest in real estate convinced me to quit Commercial banking at HSBC Singapore, and venture into the property agency business.
My 20 plus years of experience in banking has allowed me to develop and serve SMEs and large local & foreign corporates. This afforded me the opportunity to build close relationships with entrepreneurs and their professional staff. As such, I handle property portfolios belonging to both corporate clients as well as high networth individuals. Given my diverse knowledge, I deal with a wide range of properties such as residential, commercial (including hotels, conservation shophouses) as well as industrial properties (freehold, leasehold including JTC). Having obtained my REA qualification (the equivalent of CEHA), I successfully set up my own agency in 2014.
I frequently volunteer in charity work at the METTA Welfare Organization; Lions Club with the aim of helping the less fortunate.
