Nizam Gafoor started his career in Real Estate in Dec 1996 mainly serving HDB clients. Over the years he has gained specialization in the Private Property market particulatly serving property investors and high nett worth individuals. He takes pride in assisting his clients MOVE UP in their investment. Such as moving UP from HDB/Private to Private/Landed property.  Or leveraging on their money to invest in their second or subsequent property/ies.

Nizam Gafoor is a Senior Division Director & a Lead Trainer of PropNex.He is also a CEA certified trainer with Life Mastery Academy Pte Ltd. He is very much an Agent’s man as he continues to practice his Real Estate sales. Apart from the numerous awards he won consistently for his outstanding performance in sales, he also received the “Ron Kaufman’s Service Excellence Award” in 2002 for outstanding service rendered to clients and receiving the most numbers of testimonials from his happy clients. He dedicates his time to resolve the problems or achieve the dreams of his clients. He considers himself helping people transform their lives for the better which in itself is his motivation!

He have won many credentials like the Top 5 Champion Division Director Award consistently every Quarter, year after year since 2002. He has and also have been featured in the book titled “Success in Real Estate”. He was also honoured by the “Contributor of Excellence Award” presented by PropNex.

As a trainer and has transformed many ordinary individuals into successful Sales Champions through personal coaching. One of his goals is to help everyone he meets fulfill their dreams. Currently he coaches and manages a very successful team of over 120 agents who are directly under his wings to boost their Sales and Performance. Helping people transform their lives for the better, this in itself is his motivation. Everyone needs to shift their paradigm; Nizam helps to pull the weeds that limit their personal growth, thus setting a new path for success.

Nizam has appeared several times live on local National radio. Local newspapers and radio often seek after his views on the Real Estate Market. He has also delivered seminars and conducted workshops for many Real Estate groups locally and in Malaysia, Australia and India.

He has represented PropNex in several overseas trade forums and field studies in Malaysia, Bahrain, Oman, Dubai and India.

He has also on several occasion given talks to Ngee Ann Polytechnic (Real Estate Management Department), a tertiary institute. He was invited to speak at a Real Estate Seminar at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel by S K Brothers (Kuala Lumpur) in Oct 04 and was the favorite speaker there based on the survey conducted by the organizer. His has also spoken on Recruitment to over 120 agency bosses who attended the Real Estate Convention in Australia titled “Management, System & Strategies”. Real Estate being his forte he is requested by Real Estate Agencies from various part of the world to conduct training and speak at their conventions. He is an informational and inspirational public speaker. He makes education practical by engaging the participants in an effective and interactive session. Learning becomes a lot more fun and live!
