I started my Real Estate Career in Jan 2006, serving mainly HDB clients. Over the years, I have also developed good knowledge in Private Residential, both condo and landed properties, and Industrial Properties. At present, I continue to advise clients on how to upgrade from HDB to private property, venturing into different property segments, such as industrial properties, oversea properties investment, and how to leverage on their current assets to own multiple properties.

A former Top Rookie and consistent Top Producer who had achieved success in Real Estate Sales, I am someone who enjoys sharing my experience and knowledge with fellow agents, whether new or experienced in the industry. Since early 2007, I had mentored and trained many agents and helped them achieve success through the years.

Presently, I am is a Advisory Branch District Director with Propnex. A company trainer, I am also a regular speaker at Consumer and Agent Seminars.
