I have worked 8 years in the Banking Industry as a Relationship Manager providing advisory on investments for my clients.

I stumbled into the property industry by chance when I was helping some of my clients to restructure their property portfolio through means of refinancing and gearing. Through this process of advicing them on property related matters in regards to financing pique up my interest in the real estate industry and I decided to embark into the journey of real estate advisory.

After years of experience in the property industry, I have consistently achieved sale transactions at a record price and also helped to identify undervalued properties for them which in turn helped to grow their property portfolio with positive returns.
