About Matthias Chia

I began my real estate career in 2008 with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (SEA), building a strong foundation in both project sales and investment advisory. In 2016, DTZ relaunched as Edmund Tie & Company after acquiring the majority stake previously held by Cushman & Wakefield. The following year, the associate agencies of OrangeTee and Edmund Tie & Co. (ET&Co) merged to form OrangeTee & Tie—a pivotal chapter in my career.

Over the years, I have been privileged to serve as Project-In-Charge for several prestigious developments, including Amber Park, Duo Residences, Marina One Residences, Meyer Mansion and Sloane Residences. These roles honed my expertise in project management, client engagement, and high-value property transactions.

In 2022, with a vision to make a meaningful impact in this highly competitive industry, I led Genesis—the team I founded—into a new chapter under the Navis Group at Huttons Asia Pte Ltd.

Today, I lead Team Genesis, a group of sincere, dedicated, and highly driven professionals. We are known for our integrity, market knowledge, and commitment to building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and co-broking partners. Our consistent track record speaks for itself:
