> PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
In 2016, Ms Lock transacted a GCB at Queen Astrid Park measuring 35,000 sqft at $44.5M.
In Sentosa Cove , she sold a bungalow at Paradise Island in 2017. Other bungalows she sold on the island includes Cove Way at $23M and Cove Grove at $20M in 2011.
Ms Lock was one of the team members who contributed to the successful project sale of more than 200 units of medical suites at Mount Elizabeth Novena for Parkway Holdings in Year 2010 and 2011.
In Year 2007, Ms Lock assisted in the sale of
12 luxury apartments at BOTAnIKA, a development by Tuan Sing Group, which fetched S$52.92 million at a joint international auction with Christie’s Great Estates.
In Year 2006, she was involved in an international auction sale of 12 bungalow land parcels at Sentosa Cove, which fetched a record price of S$83.64 million. The auction was also jointly conducted with Christie’s Great Estates.
> BUSINESS BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Ms Lock worked for Jones Lang LaSalle for 7 years and Colliers International 16 years, brokering numerous properties including development sites, commercial, residential, project launches, industrial to commercial properties.
