Lawrence Tan is a real estate practitioner and trainer in Propnex Realty, the largest real estate company in Singapore with more than 5000 associates. To-date, with more than 9 years experience in this industry to his credit, he has worked with hundreds of clients, helping them to find their ideal homes, market their properties, restructure their property portfolio to achieve breakthrough goals in real estate investment. Graduated with an Engineering honours degree in the National University of Singapore, Lawrence’s systematic & detailed approach, coupled with his warm & humorous nature makes clients feel extremely at ease and the entire journey an enjoyable one.
Since joining the real estate industry, Lawrence has received multiple awards from the company, which includes the Top producers award every year. He has also been given numerous testimonials from clients he had served. He has brokered some high profile deals including a record breaking transaction in Ardmore Park Condo. This $10.5m deal was featured in an article on The Edge magazine ( March 2012). In 2013, Lawrence received a letter of commendation for Excellence Service from the CEO of Propnex, Mr Mohd Ismail during the Propnex Convention.
He is currently serving as a Group Director in PropNex Realty, assisting to coach and train a top dynamic team of more than 2100 real estate agents in the division, Powerful Negotiators.
