My Personal Property Journey:
Everything I share with my clients comes from both professional experience and personal experience.
Like many Singaporeans, I started my own property journey with an HDB before upgrading to private property.
Going through the same financial planning, loan calculations, CPF considerations and upgrading decisions has given me a deeper understanding of the challenges many homeowners face.
Because I have personally experienced these milestones, I can better understand the questions and concerns that homeowners have during different stages of their property journey.
