For residential side, he specialised in landed properties/ private condominiums, new launches, resale, HDB transactions and residential properties rentals. For commercial side, he specialised in sales and lease of commercial spaces for both Small and Medium Enterprises and Multinational Companies. KC graduated with Bachelor of Business (Honors) from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, majoring in Banking and Finance.
