Keng Chong (KC) was a former banker that deals with mortgage loans in a local bank, he uses his experience and knowledge of both the banking and real estate industry to advise clients’ portfolio management. His skills and abilities allow many of his clients to effectively structure and leverage through bank loans to have multiple properties in the current property market.

As a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licensed by the Council of Estate Agent (CEA) in Singapore, KC provides strategic marketing, real estate consultancy and advisory to his clients across many different market segments that includes residential, commercial and industrial properties. His business is built on: Dedication, communication, determination and trust while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all of his clients real estate needs.

His deep knowledge of the city’s geography and future development is immensely valuable when advising clients on the management of their real estate portfolio.

KC's forte is dealing with residential and commercial properties. For residential side, he specialised in landed properties/ private condominiums, new launches, resale, HDB transactions and residential properties rentals. For commercial side, he specialised in sales and lease of commercial spaces for both Small and Medium Enterprises and Multinational Companies.

KC graduated with Bachelor of Business (Honors) from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, majoring in Banking and Finance.
