Karen graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. She started her career with the Central Provident Fund Board, giving her a solid understanding and appreciation of the importance of home ownership, investment and planning for retirement. As she moved on in her successful corporate career regionally, it also opened doors for her in real estate investments in Singapore and beyond.
