Having strong analytical skills and in depth knowledge of market movement, Jyen holds a business degree, with honors, from Nanyang Technological University, ( Nanyang Business School ) Singapore.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Jyen had worked in the financial industry for 5 years. With a resilient mindset, Jyen managed to attain both Top Rookie award and Million Dollar Round Table ( MDRT, an exclusive association that admits only the top six per cent of financial professionals, worldwide. ) certification , within the first two years of the career.

In the real estate industry, Jyen specializes in hunting for undervalued buys and restructuring clients' property portfolios to enable the client to optimize their current assets and maximize their gains.

Jyen is currently with Propnex Luxury Team, focusing on Core Central Region ( District 1,2,7,9,10,11 and Sentosa ) , luxury property launches and high end resale properties.

In fact, Jyen is a firm believer of Core Central Region Properties, so much so that she herself is an Investor Owner of a 3 Bedrooms unit in the new launch, Martin Modern.

Jyen's personal motto is that, " How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything. "
