Joyce Chan

A veteran in real estate, Joyce has been an active player in the Singapore realty landscape since 1995. She practised in her family run firm from 2006 to 2010 before taking a short break to be a home maker. In 2014, with her children all firmly settled in school, she embarked on a new chapter in her real estate career, to champion customer service and sales in the property arena to greater heights.

Friendly, honest and knowledgeable, Joyce has helped numerous buyers and tenants in refining their home search and made the whole process delightedly smooth. With landlords and sellers, Joyce goes the extra mile to personally homestyle, decorate, manage home improvement works, liaising with contractors n photographers in the pre-marketing stage, aligning your home to capture the eyeballs of your target audience. She is almost precise in her read of potential buyers and renters, and closes the gaps quickly between parties to ensure well matched deals.

In 2016, Joyce ranks within the top 5% of agents in a field of 5500 within Propnex. This year, Joyce has achieved even greater heights, capturing the Platinum sales award and top 1% honours.
