Whenever we shortlisted a house, she became a master negotiator - observing her is more valuable than attending a MBA class in negotiation. When Jolin acted as our selling agent, she took time to understand the unique value proposition of our house and took huge effort to match that to the right buyer profile to ensure that our lovely home will find new occupants who will appreciate it as much as we do. Indeed, Jolin made the whole home hunting and selling experience very enjoyable - the way it should be as we made these big decisions as a couple. "
