Apart from English, Joel can also communicate with you in Mandarin (中文). Joel graduated with B.Sc.(Real Estate)(Honours) from the National University of Singapore. He has had years of experience in the real estate industry as a property appraiser / valuer with renowned property consultants such as Knight Frank and Savills, where he carried out the valuation of HDB, Private Residential, Commercial, Industrial properties, etc. After leaving the valuation profession, he joined a local bank as a Home Loans Manager, where he helped clients structure their mortgage loans for financing of HDB, Private Residential and Commercial Properties. Since joining ERA, Joel has received multiple accolades including Top New Achiever, Star Awards and Diamonds Awards. Joel is also a member of the prestigious "Plush by ERA", the industry's only private network of elite real estate professionals recognised for their achievements in serving the affluent.
