Joe started his real estate career in year 1995, acquiring in-depth experience with HDB resale flats and a robust competency with the HDB & JTC buy back scheme.

In 2004, he joined Far East Organization where he was actively involved in marketing residential projects till 2006. Thereafter he joined DTZ Debenham Tie Leung which is today operating as Edmund Tie & Company. Over the past 2 years, Joe was extensively involved in marketing and consultancy advisory for residential developments.

Joe was awarded Certified Estate Agent in year 2000 by the Institute of Estate Agents (IEA).

Joe passed the Common Examination for House Agent (CEHA) in 1996, and obtained the Certificate in Conveyancing Law in 2000 and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) in 2018.

He is today a competent trainer who regularly conducts seminars and briefings for real estate sales persons.
