Jessica has a natural propensity for customer service. She takes time and effort to connect with her client, observing what her client’s needs are and listening to their wants. This allows her to intuitively know what property her client is looking for, even if they haven’t quite articulated it. For clients who are considering different property plans and are unsure of which to embark on, Jessica is able to tap on her market expertise and knowledge to provide the relevant advice.

Despite the often challenges of the property buying, selling and renting process, Jessica goes the extra mile to see her clients through any unexpected hurdles, with the end result only being a positive experience. The outcome is evident in the appreciation and compliments from her clients.

When Jessica is not busy helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her three lovely kids.
