Jerome has started his real estate career in year 2010 at the age of 28. Prior taking this plunge, he was working as a relationship manager in OCBC in 2006 and was headhunted by UOB as a banking manager soon after.
Back then, his role was mainly to provide prudent financial and mortgage advice to high net-worth clients with all their interests' safely protected.

Using his past experiences, he applies his investment and financial knowledge into his real estate business and many of his clients have benefited from his advice in growing their property portfolio.

Within a year, Jerome was awarded as a Top Rookie, Top Producer and also a member of a Million Dollar Round Table.

Jerome is also actively involved in Dakota Residences where he has personally clocked in more than 60 transactions in Dakota Residences. Having this advantage, he has a strong pool of tenants and ready buyers who are seeking properties in this area.
