Most of my clients whom i've had the good fortune to work with on their property investment portfolio, come from various background, from 1st time HDB applicants to owners of multiple properties.

Needless to say, there is a different strategy involved pending on which stage of the investor life cycle one is at - we need to tailor a strategy for every individual.

I do a lot of analysis and work with data and numbers before making a decision if one should buy or sell. It is through this way i've help some clients own multiple properties from a single HDB when i first met them.

It is my hope that i can help more people create a residual income stream that can sustain one's lifestyle when one decides to retire/ can no longer work.
