Jay Choong high energy and passion in sales and real estate had won him many awards in the industry. He is also a frequent invited speaker for ERA events and sharing dialogue sessions. He is one of the youngest achievers in ERA.

Jay Choong is a organic ERA agent started in year 2010 after finishing his National Service. It is a long, hard road for a young agent like him without any much savings, experience or contacts. His hard work and determination finally paid off when he doubled his effort in his activities in 2011. His most memorable moment – when he received the ERA Monthly Achiever Award for the first time in September 2011 for earning a six figure commission – a milestone that had inspired him to work even harder, and made him realised nothing is impossible because “the sky is the limit” in ERA.

Jay has been a consistent Top 10 Achievers and had been awarded the highest accolade (ERA League Of Honour) in ERA as a lifetime member.
