My name is James Lee. I am a real estate broker with experience in the industry since 2012, currently a Senior Marketing Director with ERA Realty Network, one of the largest real estate brokerages globally. My field of expertise in the real estate market includes residential properties such as HDB market, private condominium and landed houses, new launches and resale market, rental market and as well as commercial and industrial properties.
I specialized in growing my clients’ real estate portfolios via means of selling and buying of properties; leasing and managing properties. In order to achieve that, I utilized my strong background in financial calculation and my up-to-date market knowledge, to determine the best decision for my clients’ interests in their real estate investment. Being a tech-savvy person, I managed to utilized the advancement of technology in this age of data-comm, to deliver the best and the fastest results to my clients seamlessly.

Since my full-time occupation as a real estate broker, whether the market is in the booming cycle or declining cycle, I always believe in delivering sincere and honest customer service, and work hard for my clients to give them positive experiences. Throughout the years, I have served clients with a huge range of backgrounds, from HDB owners to property upgraders, private condo sellers/buyers to landlords/tenants, new launch buyers to landed house owners, corporate landlords/tenants to industrial unit owners and commercial leaser. Therefore, I have managed to built many long-term relationships with my clients, as my sense of achievement is obtained via the excellent appreciation notes from my clients.
