About James Goh:
People knew James as a driven person who worked his way up from a junior Engineer fresh out of university to being Director of Operations in the company by age 30. He and his partners then successfully turned the loss making and failing business into a very successful one after a management buy out within 3 years. The company became a target for acquisitions by MNCs.
The company was later successfully acquired by and smoothly handed over to a German MNC after 3 years.
He was also the Director of a property investment company before the assets were divested. Beyond his own properties, he had also managed the property purchases, sales and rental matters of the investment company.
His love to help others with wealth growth through real estate has propelled him to join ERA. Within a year, he joined the Million Dollar Club in the company and rose to the position of Marketing Director. Since then, he had helped many people with their properties with his outstanding services.
